Three Ways to Wear
Three Ways to Wear: Renwick's stylish women’s caddie suit on and off the golf course
With summer nearing full swing, our schedules are packed with evenings out with friends, brunch dates, cross-country travel, and of course golf: charity tournaments, weekly rounds with friends, and happy hours at simulated driving range bars. We need looks to transition from casual plays to dinners out, and we’ve been eyeing the caddie suit trend for women (especially after this year’s exceptional Par 3 style at the Masters). We’ve finally found a traditional-inspired caddie suit that’s designed for women, that will fit the golf course but can also be dressed up for off the greens.
Made by Renwick (and newly back in stock after selling out last year), the linen-cotton blended getup received some upgrades this year, including an additional two back pockets (for a total of 6—no wonder why the Renwick co-founders and sisters call themselves the pocket police!) and two new colorways, including a breezy periwinkle and a classy camel to add to the crisp white and timeless navy. This year’s revival has also been garment washed for a soft, lived-in feel. Inspired by this feminine twist on a golfer's classic, we’ve compiled three ways to wear the caddie suit, shown here with white though they’d work with any of the four colors on offer. The first is for the golf course, the second is for a day out and about, the the third look is for a dressier occasion.
Golf Ready
Whether you’re dressing to play, ride along, or caddy, these fashionable upgrades to women’s golf staples, like a lace visor or clever ball marker necklace, have you covered.
Day Look
For brunch with friends, errands, or traveling, this look is comfortable, sporty, and stylish thanks to classic Sambas, a carry-all tote, and wicker-inspired bucket hat.
Night Out
For a night on the town or a dressier occasion, this confection includes a playful mini golf-inspired scarf, golf club motif bracelet, and handmade in Greece metallic sandals.
