The clubs Wyndham Clark used to win the 2024 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am

A win is a win, and even though the 2024 edition of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am was shortened to 54 holes, no one is likely to quibble about its champion. Wyndham Clark claimed victory in the weather-shortened event on the strength of a record-setting Saturday 60 at Pebble Beach Golf Links that could have been even lower, but was low enough.
Clark, who ranked first in strokes gained/putting for the week, picked up more than six shots on the field on the greens in his first competitive outing with the Odyssey Ai One Jailbird Cruiser mallet. The features the Jailbird shape Clark prefers, combined with the new Ai One urethane insert that is designed to deliver more consistent ball speeds, even on off-center hits. Clark’s putter is 35.75 inches long with a double bend shaft. Clark made more than 180 feet of putts in the record third-round alone.
Also in the bag was a 9-degree Titleist TSR3 driver with a Project X Hzrdus Smoke Green 60 6.5 shaft. The driver, which Clark used to rank third in driving distance at 310.1 yards, is set to the D1 hosel setting (-.75 degrees loft, standard lie), plus 4 grams SureFit CG weight (total of 12 grams) in neutral position to produce a better spin-to-launch ratio with faster ball speeds.
Clark uses Titleist’s Pro V1x ball. “I'm a low-spin player, I have a lot of speed, but I don't spin the ball very much,” he said. “The Pro V1x, especially with my irons and driver, spins at the numbers that I want. Also, I think it's great around the greens. I’ve always been looking for spin and this Pro V1x gives me exactly what I need.”
What it doesn’t have is a visible number. Clark blacks out the play number so he doesn’t get hung up on playing or avoiding a specific number. At Pebble Beach, however, the number 60 worked just fine.

Putter: Odyssey Ai One Jailbird Cruiser
Most of us think of the putter face as a study in feel, but the engineers at Odyssey thought, Why can’t we get the face to be active and flexing on putts, too? The key was using artificial intelligence to produce the strangely bumpy back of the face. This insert uses “micro-deflections” to help mis-hits roll nearly as well as center strikes.
